WE ARE OPEN TO SERVE YOU! Our top priority, as always, is the health of our patients. We are watching and following the CDC and Utah Department of Health guidelines and recommendations. At this time, we are seeing patients as usual.  Please rest assured that sanitation is properly completed and readily available to patients.

We ask for your help to keep everyone safe.  If you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms, PLEASE reschedule your appointment for a later date.  There will be NO rescheduling fee charged.

• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Recent close contact with a COVID-19 patient or recent travel to an area where COVID-19 is active.
• Flu or cold-like symptoms
• OR feel ill for any reason.
